Money, trips and meals that finally understand each other.

Stoneware is three apps around one shared ledger. Finance already keeps the family budget, and an assistant in Claude answers questions and records operations for you. Travel and Meals come next: trips and the week’s menu will write their costs into the same ledger.

Follow the progress

Three apps, three islands

A budget app, a trip planner and a meal planner each know only their own slice. The flight you paid for is a line in one place, the trip budget lives in another, and groceries are a number you add up by hand at the end of the month. Stoneware starts from the ledger, so a trip or a menu is just another view of the same money.

Three products, one ledger

Stoneware Finance

Family budget that fills itself in.

  • Accounts, categories and goals shared with your family
  • Bank operations arrive on their own: Monobank sync, PrivatBank statements
  • Reports that answer real questions: free money this month, regular payments, where the money went

Stoneware Travel

Plan the trip, keep the budget, split the costs.

  • Itinerary and budget per day and per category
  • Every trip expense lands in Finance automatically
  • Shared trips: who paid for what, settle up at the end
Planned

Stoneware Meals

A week of food, planned and priced.

  • Weekly menu and a shopping list made from it
  • Grocery budget per week, tracked in Finance
  • Suggestions based on what you actually cook and buy

One assistant across all three

Ask in plain language: how much did we spend on groceries in August, can we afford the trip in May. The assistant reads the ledger and answers with real numbers. It can also record an expense or a transfer, but only after you confirm what it is about to write.

Works today in Claude through an open protocol for connecting assistants to apps (MCP); other assistants that support it connect the same way.

How much did we spend on groceries in August?

UAH 14 230 across 31 purchases, 9% less than in July. Want the split by store?

How it fits together

Finance is the shared ledger. Travel and Meals write their expenses into it and read budgets from it. The assistant sees all three.
